Who We Are
I’ve worked in healthcare leadership roles for 15 years and as well as being passionate about improving care for patients, I’m passionate about supporting people who deliver that care. I’ve been lucky enough to find these people by chance, but I’m aware that not everyone has that opportunity. I decided to set up this network, with the support of some other awesome women leaders, to provide everyone with their own cheerleading squad.
The network is completely free and is genuinely there to be a source of help and support for women (and their allies) across the healthcare sector.

What the Network is
The aim of this network is to facilitate relationships between a diverse range of women, and their allies, across all healthcare sectors. It is a free space which provide practical tools and resources – such as briefings, events, recommendations – to help women grow and develop.
How to join
It is completely free and open to anyone who identifies as a woman, and their allies, who work in any healthcare sectors such as charity, NHS, consultancy, private sector. Just provide some basic information to sign up.
Coaching
Coaching is a powerful and impactful way of creating lasting change. It provides individuals with the skills and techniques to improve their performance and confidence at work. By joining the network, you can access healthcare-focused coaching by a formally accredited trainer
